CEO Lavezz Middleton is an accomplished business operations executive with experience in law and entertainment, as well as the founder of 1st City Entertainment, a record label, concert promotion and marketing firm. A master at launching music artists, Lavezz is also responsible for rebranding the top rated radio show for WPWX Power 92.3 Trey the Chocolate Jock. In addition to handling marketing duties for music artists, Lavezz also writes and develops films, reality shows and scripted TV, Lavezz also has access to funding resources, both domestic and foreign. Most recently Lavezz was an Executive Producer, Co-Writer and Music Supervisor of Mollywood The Movie, an EDM Horror film starring Waka Flocka, London on da track, Billy Deck, Vinicous Mochado from “Power” and rising star Micah Fitzgerald from “Josie”. Mollywood will be distributed by EOne.

CCO Robert Clifton Jr. is an award winning advertising creative director, who is credited with bringing Nintendo character Wario to the world and creating one of the first hip-hop themed commercials for a Fortune 500 company. Most recently Robert created content for the launch of the NBA/Mountain Dew partnership, Verizon’s wildly popular web series 3XMVP featuring Kevin Hart and the “Honor Your Code” campaign for Courvoisier featuring ASAP Rocky, which just won the Mintel Award for Best-in-Class campaign targeting African American Millennials. On the entertainment business side, Robert has had two screenplays optioned and consulted NBCUniversal on marketing campaigns for films like Straight Out of Compton, Ride-Along, The Boy Next Door, Survivor, Get On Up, as well as the development of Chicago Fire and Chicago PD and the relaunch of NBCU Kids Channel.
